Excellent new poetry site by the amazing Allison Joseph which contains a certain poetry form near and dear to my heart.
The rondeau is often overlooked and almost always underrated. Howver, one only needs to read In Flanders Field or We Wear the Mask to understand just how spine-tingling intense the form can be when mastered.
Marilyn Taylor's Old Woman With a Cat is pretty darn tingly, too, if you're looking for contemporary rondeau.
Read those three and tell me Rondeau is not amazing. I dare you!!
